Partnering for Performance has designed a series of regularly scheduled, facilitated Executive Forums that provide pragmatic, well-tested solutions to organizations in various stages of growth.

The goal of our Executive Forums is to provide an on-going support to business owners in the development of growth strategies.

Our proven methodologies include individual and company assessments as well as a business valuation tool that will help guide an effective positioning statement.

• Forums consist of 3 levels:
  • Level I:  Basic Growth Concepts
  • Level II:  Sustainability
  • Level III:  Harvest/Legacy
• Each forum group is limited to 12 participants.
• Each forum level runs for a period of 3 months.
• Meetings take place twice a month over each 3-month time span.
• Each meeting is 2 hours in length and occurs from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
• Participants are encouraged to bring their key issues for discussion.

A well - tested business model is used as a beginning point for all forums. "The Business Model", is a tool to help executives examine and then determine how/where/when/what to grow. It is a more balanced approach and looks at the three key areas every business needs to examine:

• External Realities such as the overall business environment,
• Financial Targets such as cash flow, operating margins and return on investment, and
• Internal Activities such as strategy, operations, people, and organization design.
