The second six – session forum focuses on the sustainability of the growth cycle. This forum runs for a period of three months, two sessions per month, two hours each. Topics include the following:

Building management bench strength

Systematizing performance and operations

bullet

The Board of Directors

Expanding your financial dashboard

Key questions to ask yourself at this juncture are:

bulletWhat alternative growth directions should be considered? How should they be pursued?
bulletWhat are our Key Results Areas (KRA’s)? A Key Result Area is an area of business activity where the business must excel to meet customer needs and beat the competition. Most organizations have 4 to 6 KRA’s.
bulletWhat competencies, in any form, are critical to sustaining our competitive advantage in the marketplace?
bulletWhat are our critical skill sets?
bulletWhat are the company’s’ internal values?

We examine the components of the business model introduced in the first forum series, as it relates to this next step in the growth process. Each iteration of the model provides benchmarks, milestones, and guidelines:
